How do I set up my Sales Team with a free Measure Square Sales Viewer License?

This article will show you how to set up your team members to view Measure Square projects without a Measure Square 8 license for Windows Desktop.


Measure Square offers a viewer license for team members who only need to view projects. The user with a View License will be able to view the Measure Square projects takeoff diagram drawing, worksheet estimation,  3D and print packet. This license is best used for team members who will only be viewing and printing the estimation with no access to make any edits.
