How do I manage my Project Providers and Project Subscribers on the MeasureSquare Cloud?

This article will show you how to manage your settings on The Cloud for the Project Subscribers and Providers. Being a Provider means that you are now able to automatically share your projects. When you sync to the cloud your diagrams will be shared to the Subscriber. 

  
This article applies to the cloud at could.measuresquare.com 

Have each user follow the steps for adding a subscriber, thus making them the project provider. 

Step 1: Log into cloud.measuresquare.com and click on the projects tab.

Step 2: Click on the share icon at the top right.

Step 3: Select from the options to Share All Projects  OR Share New Projects

Step 4: Enter the Subscribers email address. Then select Can Edit  YES or NO

Step 5: Click Send email.


(Note: The subscribe needs to log on to their cloud account open the email invitation and Click on the accept link. )


You can verify the Provider/ Subscriber from the Settings Tab.








Accept the invitation from your email within 24 hours.
