How to Set Up Pipelines and Stages in MeasureSquare CRM

In this article, we will guide you through the process of setting up a pipeline and its stages in MeasureSquare CRM. Pipelines help you track the progress of your sales or project management workflows by breaking them into stages.

This article applies to MeasureSquare CRM.

Step 1: Go to ⚙️Settings on the top-right corner
Step 2: Navigate to Pipelines & Stages
Step 3: Select "New Pipeline" to create a New Pipeline



Step 4: Configure the Pipelines and Stages
  1. Enter a name for your pipeline in the Pipeline Name field
  2. Add stages by clicking the + Stage button
  3. For each stage, provide a Stage Name and set the Progress percentage (e.g., 10% for early stages, 100% for "Won")

Step 5: Once all stages are added, click the Save button to finalize the pipeline.




Step 6:  Customize Pipelines and Stages

To make changes to an existing pipeline, click the three-dot menu next to the pipeline you want to modify. Select EditDuplicate, or Delete.

Rename stages, add or delete stages, or move these around as needed



To view different pipelines from the homepage, click on the pipeline dropdown in the top section of the page and make your selection. 




Tips for Setting Up Pipelines:
1. Customize for Your Workflow: Tailor the pipeline stages to match your sales or project management process. For example:
- Sales Pipeline: "Leads," "Proposal," "Bid," "Won," "Lost"
- Project Management Pipeline: "Project Awarded," "Material Ordered," "Installation Scheduled," "Job Completed."
2. Organize by Category: Use separate pipelines for different workflows (e.g., Sales, Project Management, etc.).
