How to use the Copilot and the Help Center

In this article, we will show you how to use the Copilot and Help Center in MeasureSquare CRM.

This article applies to MeasureSquare CRM.

Access the Copilot & Help Center
  1. Locate the Copilot icon on the left-hand navigation bar (highlighted in the screenshot). Click on the icon to open the CRM Intelligent Assistant.
  2. Locate the Help Center icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen (highlighted in the screenshot). Click on the icon to open the Instant Help panel.



Interact with the Copilot
  1. Once the Copilot window opens, you can select from the predefined options or type your question in the text box at the bottom.
  2. The Copilot provides quick links to common tasks, such as scheduling a product demo, creating and editing invoices, or integrating with QuickBooks Online.



Browse FAQs and Tutorials through the Help Center
  1. Once the Help Center window opens, it provides a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and video tutorials related to the current page or module you are working on.
  2. When you click on one of the FAQs, it will provide you a step-by-step guidance link.
  3. If you don’t find what you need, you can email support@measuresquare.com directly from the Help Center
