How to use the project email address in MeasureSquare CRM

In this article, we will show you how to use the project email address to track project-related emails in MeasureSquare CRM.

You can link any email threads to your specific project by using the Project email address. You will just need to BCC this project email address and it will send the email thread to the project. This allows you to easily track project-specific emails sent to and from your MeasureSquare CRM project.

To get started, open a project in MeasureSquare CRM and follow these steps:

Step 1: Select 'Emails' tab on your project dashboard

Step 2: Click 'Project email address' on the bottom center. This will show the project-specific email address.

Step 3: Click on the

button to copy the project email address

This is a private email address generated just for your account. The email address used to send/receive emails from your customer must be the same email address you linked to MeasureSquare CRM.

Step 4: Start a new email thread or open an existing thread on your email account and paste the Project email address in the BCC section.

This email account must be the same email address linked to MeasureSquare CRM.

After sending the email, this email thread will populate on your Emails in the MeasureSquare CRM project.
