Steps to Use the AI Plan Analyzer
Step 1: Locate Your Project
1. Log in to MeasureSquare CRM.
2. Navigate to the Projects section from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Upload Your Plans
1. Click on the Files tab in the project view (highlighted in the screenshot).
2. Click Upload or drag and drop your plans/finish schedules into the upload area.
- Supported file formats include PDF, DWG, and JPEG.
3. Once uploaded, the file will appear in the Files section.
Step 3: Open the AI Plan Analyzer
1. Click on the uploaded file to open it in the AI Plan Analyzer.
2. The file will open in the analyzer interface, displaying the plan or finish schedule.
Step 4: Extract Information
1. Use the AI Plan Analyzer Toolbar at the top of the screen to extract specific information:
- AI Summary: Automatically generates a summary of the plan, including key details like room names, dimensions, and finish types.
- Extract Materials: Identifies and organizes material specifications from the finish schedule.
- Extract Takeoff Sheets: Extracts detailed takeoff information for accurate material calculations.
- Extract Trade Symbols: Identifies and categorizes trade symbols from the plan for further analysis.

- Ensure Clear Plans: Upload high-quality plans to improve the accuracy of the AI extraction process.
- Verify Scaling: Always check the scale of your plans to ensure accurate measurements.
- Use Custom Prompt: We have input generic prompts that we feel will help most businesses. Feel free to adjust these settings to return different results!
