How to Track Projects using Pipelines and Stages in MeasureSquare CRM

In this video we will show you some best practices on how to set up and maneuver your projects through our pipelines and stages in Measuresquare CRM.

Overview of MeasureSquare CRM Pipeline

The MeasureSquare CRM Project Pipeline provides a clear visual representation of various project stages, from initiation through completion. Each column within the pipeline corresponds to a distinct stage, enabling users to effectively track progress, manage workflows, and swiftly identify potential bottlenecks or required actions.

Users have the flexibility to create multiple pipeline templates (e.g., Commercial Pipeline, Retail Pipeline, Sales Pipeline) tailored specifically to different business requirements or processes. By easily moving projects across pipeline stages, teams can maintain clear oversight of project progression and ensure organized communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Managing Pipeline Stages:

  • You can easily switch between different pipelines to view project statuses tailored to specific workflows.

  • Pipelines are customizable to align with unique business processes. For step-by-step instructions on customizing pipelines, please refer to [How to Customize Pipelines & Stages in MeasureSquare CRM].

  • Change a project's stage quickly by simply dragging it from one column to another.

  • Utilize multiple filtering options (e.g., project owner, creation date, tags) to efficiently manage and locate specific projects.

  • Projects can also be sorted based on various criteria such as Job #, project name, start date, closing date, and more.


Steps to Create a Project:

  1. Click the blue "New Project" button at the top-right corner of the CRM.

  2. Complete the required fields in the project information form. Note: Job #, Project Name, Pipeline, and Stage are mandatory fields.

  3. Click "Save" to successfully add your new project to the selected pipeline.
