In this article, we will show how to sync Bills and Expenses from CRM to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can now sync Bills and Expenses recorded in CRM to QBO, eliminating any double entry.
Step 1: Navigate to a Project and open a Bill or an Expense
The next steps will be split between syncing Bills and Expenses to QBO
Bills
Step 2 (Bills): When opening a Bill, click on the three dots and select Sync to QuickBooks
Step 3 (Bills): Click on OK to confirm the sync
After the sync is completed, you will see a prompt "Success"
Expenses
Step 2 (Expenses): Similar to Bills earlier, when opening an Expense, click on the three dots and select Sync to QuickBooks
Step 3 (Expenses): Click on OK to confirm the sync
After the sync is completed, you will see a prompt "Success"
Step 4: Log in to your QBO and verify the Bills and Expenses have been synced successfully

For Bills, go to QBO's Bills to check the recently synced CRM Bill:
