QuickBooks Online (QBO) Integration with Measuresquare CRM

In this article, we will show the steps on how to connect your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in Measure Square CRM

If you use QBO, this integration feature will sync your project estimates straight to QBO in just a few clicks. 

Step 1: Go to ⚙️Settings on the top-right corner
Step 2: Navigate to Integrations
Step 3: Choose QuickBooks Online and click on 'Install'



Step 4: This will open up the QBO login page. Input your QBO login credentials and click 'Sign in'.

After successful sign in, you will receive a confirmation message 'The authorization was successful'



Step 5: Open your specific document. Click on the 3 dots, and select 'Sync to QuickBooks'.

A document represents a Quote, Bid, Invoice, Purchase Order, or Work Order




Step 6:  A window will pop up to confirm if you wish to sync this document to QuickBooks. Click 'OK' to proceed.

The sync process ends with a 'Success' notification




In QBO, you can find your newly-synced documents under Bookkeeping > All sales




You can also manage your QBO integration settings under the Integrations page on your Settings

Step 1: Go to ⚙️Settings on the top-right corner
Step 2: Navigate to Integrations
Step 3: Choose QuickBooks Online and click on 'Manage'




Step 4: You can manage your preferences here or choose to Uninstall QBO.
