How to set-up MeasureSquare 8 to enable Automatic Syncing to MeasureSquare CRM

Preface: MeasureSquare CRM most easily retrieves projects from MeasureSquare Cloud. This is an account based storage space that holds FEZ and STZ files, which are sometimes called Project files. MeasureSquare 8 can create a project in two different ways, Locally and straight to Cloud. Additionally you can enable settings to automatically update your cloud projects whenever you open or close MeasureSquare 8.
Important: If your workflow does not involve you closing the program when you complete work, then you may also Sync manually
MeasureSquare 8
Enable automatic sync settings
Step 1: Click on File > System Settings
Step 2: Click on the Advanced Tab. Then find the section for Sync Settings and check the appropriate boxes

Step 3: To Sync Manually while the program is open. Click on File > Cloud Projects > Click the Sync Icon
Note: Be sure to save first. It is normal for the program to close the project to complete the syncing process
Info: All cloud projects created by you can be seen from the list inside the program. If you have Project Providers configured (see below:
cloud.measuresquare.com), any new projects created by those providers will become available to you once a sync is completed. To access projects from others inside MeasureSquare CRM, it is only necessary to be in the same Organization and configuring Project Providers is optional.
