How to Set Up and Edit your Organization Profile in MeasureSquare CRM
In this Article and Video we will go over how to fill in company data such as Logos, headquarters address, etc. in MeasureSquare CRM
Step 1: In the top-right corner of your MeasureSquare CRM dashboard, click on the Settings Tab [1].From the available options, choose Organization Profile [2] to access your company's information settings.
Step 2:Fill in the following details [3]:
Company Logo: Upload your company's logo to personalize documents.
Company Name: Enter your official business name.
Contact Information: Provide phone numbers, email addresses, and other relevant details.
Headquarters Address: Enter the main office location.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on Save [4] to confirm the changes.
Once saved, your organization’s details will be automatically populated in various areas of MeasureSquare CRM, including:
Order Forms: Ensuring company branding is reflected in official documentation.
Quotes and Bids: Providing a professional and consistent presentation.
Billing and Shipping Information: The headquarters address can be auto filled to reduce manual data entry, saving time and minimizing errors.
