How to customize the List View of Installation Schedule in MeasureSquare CRM

This article will guide you through customizing the List View of the Installation Schedule in MeasureSquare CRM. 

Purpose:
A customizable List View can show only the most relevant columns—like Installer, Time, and Status—so user can quickly track job progress and assignments without clutter.

Steps to Customize the List View:

Step 1: Navigate to the Installation Schedules List View

Click on Installation Schedules from the left-hand navigation menu under the Installations section. Then, click on the List View icon to switch from calendar view to the table view. 

Step 2: Open Column Customization Settings

Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the table to open the customization panel.

Step 3: Select Columns to Display

In the Customize Table pop-up, check or uncheck the boxes to show or hide columns such as Title, Time, Installer, Status, Company, Location, etc. After making your column selections, click the Save button at the bottom of the customization panel to apply the changes.

Step 4: Reorder Columns via Drag and Drop

You can also change the order of the columns directly in the table view by clicking and dragging a column header (e.g., Status) to your preferred position.
