How to Customize Order Forms Toolbar in MeasureSquare CRM

This article will guide you through how to customize the order forms toolbar in MeasureSquare CRM.

This article applies to the MeasureSquare CRM

First, we'll show you how to access your Diagram from your Project:

  1. Step 1: Click on Projects Module on the Left Hand Panel.
  2. Step 2: Click on your Project under your Stage.




  1. Step 3: After you select your project, click on Diagrams Module to expand the name of your uploaded Diagram.
  2. Step 4: Click on name of your Diagram to open the Diagram's page.





Steps to Customize Order Forms Toolbar:

  1. Step 1: Click on the ⚙️ icon located at the top right corner of the order forms section to open the customization menu. 




  1. Step 2: In the customization menu, you can check or uncheck the boxes next to each order form type to show or hide them. You can also hold and drag the order forms to rearrange their order. Refer to the second screenshot for guidance on checking boxes and rearranging order forms.




  1. Step 3: Once you have made your desired changes, click the Save button at the bottom of the customization menu to apply the changes. 




  1. Step 4: After saving, your order forms toolbar will reflect the changes you made, showing only the selected order forms in the order you specified. Refer to the fourth screenshot to see the updated toolbar.
