How to Create and Edit a Purchase Order in MeasureSquare CRM

In this article and video we will show you how to create a purchase order in MeasureSquare CRM

Step 1: Open your project in MeasureSquare CRM. Go to the Diagram screen where the project and estimation data are located.



Step 2: On the Diagram screen, locate the Plus (+) icon next to Purchase Order and click on it. This will take you to a new window where you can manage your purchase orders.



Step 3: In the new window, you will see all your projects broken down by vendor. You can select the checkbox at the top of the list to order all materials needed for each vendor at once.



Step 4: On the next screen, match the purchase order with the appropriate vendor. You are able to enter the following details:                   Shipping Information [1]: Add the delivery address and other relevant shipping details.                   Shipping Terms and Method [2]: Specify your preferred shipping terms and method.                   Delivery Date [3]: Be sure to include the expected delivery date for the order.



Step 5: You can customize the display columns as needed, just as you do with other forms in MeasureSquare CRM.





Step 6: You are able to set the status of the Purchase Order using the Mark as button approve the purchase order.
