How to create Reports: Sales Forecast, Win Rate, and QS Quote Summary

How to create Reports: Sales Forecast, Win Rate, and QS Quote Summary

This article will show you how to create three new reports in MeasureSquare CRM, namely: QS Quote Summary, Sales Forecast, and Win Rates

Step 1: Go to the Reports Module
Step 2:  Select on any of these Reports to create: QS Quote Summary, Sales Forecast, or Win Rates

QS Quote Summary Report - This report provides a breakdown of all created Bids, Quotes, and Change Orders for a defined time range. This will display each Quote's corresponding company name, amount, job name, status, creation date, and owner. You can also export this report to Excel

Win Rates Report - This report shows the percentage of won projects compared to the total number of projects. Additionally, it will show the won amount and profit. This helps in generating reports on win/lose rates or bids.

Win rate is computed by: Win Rate = (Number of Won Projects รท Total Number of Projects) * 100
Notes
Projects marked as 'Won' in the sales pipeline contribute to the win rate calculation. Approved proposals (Bids, Quotes, Change Orders) contribute to the Won Amount and Won Profit.

Sales Forecast Report - This report is used to predict future sales performance based on historical data and the probability rates set under your Settings > Pipelines & Stages.
The probability rate will vary depending on which stage a Project is currently in.

Weighted Amount is computed by: Weight Amount = Probability Rate * Amount
Notes
Projects will feed into the Sales Forecast report once you set an Expected Win Date in the Project Overview
