How to create new views for Contacts, Companies, Quotes, Bids, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Work Order, Tasks and Products in MeasureSquare CRM

This article will guide you on how to create a new custom view for Contacts, Companies, Quotes, Bids, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Work Order, Tasks and Products in MeasureSquare CRM. Creating a personalized view allows you to filter, organize, and display the most relevant purchase order data according to your business needs.

we'll use Purchase Orders as an example; the process is similar across all other modules. 

Steps to Create a New View:


Step 1: Click on "+ View" to create a new view

Click the "+ View" button at the top left of the Purchase Orders screen to begin creating a new view.


Step 2: Name the new view and save it

Enter a descriptive name for the view in the "New View" dialog and click the "Save" button.


Step 3: Click the Gear icon to customize the view

Once the new view is active, click on the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the table to customize columns.



In the "Customize Table" panel, choose which columns you want to show. Click Save at the bottom right to apply your changes.

Step 4: Drag to reorder columns

You can rearrange the order of the columns by clicking and dragging them into your preferred sequence.


Step 5: Click "Save View" to apply filters and save settings

If you applied any filters or changed the column layout, click "Save View" to preserve your configuration.
