How to Create and Edit Order Templates

In this article we will show you where to find the templates for Quotes, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Work Orders or Change Orders, and how to make edits to those and set them as default for your organization.

This article applies to MeasureSquare CRM v1.37 and newer

Step 1: Open system settings [1], Click on order templates [2] found on the left column menu, and select the type of order [3] you would like to create a template for

Step 2: Duplicate [4] the basic document and edit the copy [5]

Step 3: Use any of the formatting options and {{ placeholders to create a customized template for your business

Step 4: Repeat for each Order type you would like to create a new template for, or create multiple templates for wide-spread use throughout your organization
