How to Bulk Update your Products and Price Books in MeasureSquare CRM

Updating multiple products and price books in MeasureSquare CRM can be done efficiently using the bulk edit feature.
Follow these steps to streamline your product management process:

Step 1: Navigate to the Price Books or Products Section

Access the Price Books or Products Section: On the left sidebar, click on either the Price Books or Products tab, depending on what you wish to update.

Step 2: Select Products for Bulk Editing

Select Products: Use the checkboxes to select the products you want to update. You can select multiple products at once.

Step 3: Initiate Bulk Edit

Click Edit: Once your products are selected, click the Edit button to open the bulk edit window.

Step 4: Update Product Details

Enter New Details: In the bulk edit window, you can update various fields such as Cost Price, Box Cost Price, Markup, Sales Price, and more. You can also choose to auto-update sales prices based on changes to the base cost.

Step 5: Apply Changes

After entering the new details, click Update to apply the changes to all selected products.

Auto-update Options: Utilize the auto-update options to keep your pricing consistent with changes in base costs or unit prices.

Vendor and Manufacturer Selection: Ensure you select the correct vendor and manufacturer for accurate product categorization.
