How to create a Price Book by importing a Product Catalog from the Cloud into the CRM
In this article, we will cover how to create a Price Book using a Product Database from the MeasureSquare Cloud.
This article applies to MeasureSquare CRM.
Step 1: Navigate to the Price Books [1] section in the CRM and select New Price Book [2]

Step 2: Fill in the relevant information for the Price Book.
Note: Only the Name is required to be filled in.
Step 3: Inside the Price Book
select the Add Product Drop Down [1], then select Import from M2 Cloud [2].
Step 4: Select the Catalog you want to import.


Note: You can only import Catalogs that have been shared with your MeasureSquare Cloud Account.
Step 5: Once imported you can make update to pricing as needed.

Note: If you re-import the Cloud Catalog the Price Book will update the current Products.
Step 6: Once the Price Book is set up it can be used inside of a Project. To do this
inside a Project go to the Products Tab [1] and select Add Products [2].
Step 7: In the menu
select the Price Book in the drop down [1]. Select the relevant products to the Project, then click OK [3] to import them into the Project.
Step 8: Once the Product are imported they can be used in any Bids and Quotes tied to the Project.
Note: If Products are edited in the Price Book the Products in the project will remain unchanged, but the tag will change from Standard Price to Job Specific to show there is a deviation.For any further questions, please reach out to our Support team
