This article will guide you through how to manage Task Templates on MeasureSquare CRM. Task templates help organize and automate workflows by defining specific tasks within processes.
Step to Manage Task Templates:
Step 1: Click on ⚙️ icon in the top right corner to open the settings menu.
Step 2: From the left-hand panel, select Task Templates.
Step 3: Locate the Task Template you want to manage. Click the vertical three dot menu next to the task template name. You will see options to Edit, Duplicate, or Delete the Template.
Step 4: After you click the Edit option, you can edit your Task Template by:
- Name of your Task Template
- Name of your listed Tasks
- Change the Task category
- Type of Task
- Change the Task priority
- Change the color of your Tasks
- Add/Delete your Task off your Task Template
After you make your edits, click Save.
In addition, you can change the order of your Task inside of your Task Template by clicking and dragging on the 2-vertical three dot.
Step 5: Click the + New Task Template button (highlighted in the screenshot) located on the right-hand side of the Task Templates section.
Step 6: Enter the Task Template Name and configure the tasks by selecting the Category, Type, and Priority. You can add multiple tasks by clicking the Add button. Once finished, click Save to create the new template.
