How to manage custom statuses for your documents

In this article we will show you how to create a custom status for your documents to be shown in the banner for easy tracking

This article applied to MeasureSquare CRM version 1.37 and newer

These steps can be followed and applied to ANY ORDER FORM, however, in this example we will use the Quote

Step 1: Select your Quote

Step 2: Click on Mark As

Step 3: Enter the Manage Status Window

Step 4: Type in a new status and save to the list 
Notes
Example: In my company I have my Lead Estimator Review all Outgoing Quotes for Quality Assurance, I can input a "Quality Assurance" status or a "Review" status for use in between Draft and Sent
Step 5: You may select the status and see that information displayed in the banner across the left corner of the Quote
