How to integrate FCB2B with MeasureSquare CRM

In this article, we will show how to integrate FCB2B with MeasureSquare CRM. 

Note: This is currently in the first iteration, and more enhancements will come soon. 

You can now access manufacturer price lists directly within MeasureSquare CRM. Additionally, you can connect to FCB2B suppliers, manage credentials, and browse up-to-date product catalogs.

Step 1: In your System Settings, go to Preferences

Step 2: Navigate to FCB2B tab and select New Supplier

Step 3: Select a Supplier from the FCB2B Member List, fill in the Account #, Password. The other details will be auto-filled. 

Step 4: Test the connection to verify success or not

Step 5: Select Save to add this new supplier

Step 6: View all products from the price catalogs

Updating FCB2B Supplier Information

To edit the FCB2B Vendor information in your Preferences, make sure to select the Update button afterwards to confirm the changes. 

Step 1: Under FCB2B Preferences, click on the 3-dots beside the Supplier

Step 2: Select Edit to make the necessary changes and test the connection

Step 3: Click on Update

Obtaining FCB2B Credentials from Vendors

The FCB2B Members who need to be used are usually your vendors. You can then view FCB2B basic info in the vendor details, request credentials, and manage the credentials. The FCB2B member that needs to establish a connection is the Vendor, so relevant data can be imported from FCB2B when creating a vendor. 

Step 1: Go to Vendors 

Step 2: Select New Vendor

Step 3: Click on Select from FCB2B and choose the supplier

Step 4: Click Save to create this Vendor

Step 5: Open that particular Vendor, and go to FCB2B Info tab. 

Step 6: Click Request Credential to trigger an email requesting the vendor’s FCB2B credentials

Step 7: Create and send an email to the vendor requesting their B2B account credentials

Step 8: Once your Vendor provides the credentials, select Add

Step 9: Fill in the Supplier B2B credentials then Save
