How to Customize Roles and Permissions

In this article, we will show how to manage permissions for different roles within MeasureSquare CRM.

This article applies to MeasureSquare CRM.

Step 1: Go to ⚙️Settings
Step 2:  Click on 'Roles & Permissions'
Step 3: You can create a new role by selecting 'New Role' on the top right side and input the role name. 




Step 4: Once created, you can click on the 3 dots on the right to rename, Edit permission, or Delete the role. 



Step 5: When editing role permissions, you can set the View, Edit, or Delete permissions for a specified role, and access permissions for  "Team Only" or "Owner Only".
Step 6: Click on 'Save'
