How to Create and Edit Bids in MeasureSquare CRM

In this article, we will show how to create and edit Bids in MeasureSquare CRM. 

You can easily create a Bid based on your diagram or takeoff with these steps:

Step 1: Open your selected Project
Step 2: Select a Diagram




Step 3: Under the Orders tab on the right, click on 'Add' beside Bid



Step 4: Select the products you want to add to the Bid.

You may also group these products by Trade with the toggle "Group Products By Trade"

Step 5: Click on OK to proceed



Step 6: Fill in the relevant Bid information
Step 7: Click on OK to proceed




Step 8: Open and edit your Bid Worksheet 
Step 9: Select the gear icon to customize your Columns on the Bid worksheet



Step 10: Add a Custom Field and input the necessary column details. Select Close once done

You can also drag and arrange the Fields to your preferred order




Step 11: Add Alternates and modify Customer & Document Info

Step 12: After modifying your Bid Worksheet, Alternates, and Document Info, you can open a preview of your Bid Document by selecting Bid Preview
