How to Create Takeoffs for Change Orders in MeasureSquare Bid
In this article, we will cover the different ways to create change orders in the Takeoff Tab.
To watch a video of this tutorial click here1. Open up the project you want to work on and navigate to Takeoff in the top bar
2. In the Projects page, click on the Add New button at the upper right.
3. To create a change order of an estimate, click on New Change Order
4. To copy an existing estimate already in the Takeoff Tab, click on Copy from an existing takeoff
5. Select the estimate that you want to add a change order to, then click Save
6. To create a change order using a plan from the Dashboard, click on New from uploaded plan
7. Select the estimate that you want to add a change order to, then click Next
8. Select a project from the selection of projects you have imported, then click Next NOTE: You can only select products found in the Dashboard Tab
9. Select which tabs to import into the change order, then click Save
11. To view a change order after you have made it, click the arrow in the top left corner
