How to Create a Change Order Document in MeasureSquare Bid

1. Open up the project you want to work on and navigate to Worksheet in the top bar


2. Click on New Bid in the top right corner


3. Select the takeoff that you would like to use for your Change Order, then click Save

4. Scroll down and select Set up Value Differences

5. Choose a Bid that you want to compare data to in your change order then click on Select

6. You will now be able to see the change in product values/costs between the Change Order and Original Bid

7. To show these values in a document, navigate to Bids in the Top Bar

8. Place your cursor over where you want the Changed Values Table insert, click on Estimate Data and select Value Differences from the drop down

9. You will now be able to see the value changes in your Change Order Document
