In this article, we will be going over all the estimating settings for No Reuse.
This article applies to all MeausreSquare products.
What is No Reuse?
No Reuse = Count the tile piece by piece. Each cut area is counted as 1 piece. Works like “Waste Add-on” in a random tile pattern. The program assumes that each piece in a room will not be reused no matter of how much of a tile remains.
To access the Calculation Method screen options
Step 1: Go to your Product Catalog.
Step 2: Right Click on the product and select View Modify Details.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Calc Method filed.
Step 4: There are 4 calculation methods such as Waste Add-on, Half Reuse, Cut and Fit, and No reuse. Select No Reuse.

* You can still include the percentage Waste over the net area for the Waste Add-on option
Tile Calculation Options (Advanced) - MeasureSquare 8
Additional Settings Include:
Additional Percent: is equivalent to "Attic Stock" which is an extra percentage you want to add the calculated waste ratio.
Minimum Waste: is if the additional waste + calculated waste is smaller than the Minimum Waste Ratio, it will use the Minimum Waste Ratio on the report.
Ignore Tiny Size: If we have a cut piece of tile smaller than the size we input for ignore tiny size, the software will ignore those tiny pieces.
For example: You can see from the room below where all the pieces on the left side of the room are 2" the software will ignore these pieces because we told the software to ignore tiny pieces that are less than 3".
