This is regarding how to share a project file using your Cloud account and how to batch assign projects to group members

Step 1: Go to cloud.measuresquare.com and sign into your account.

Step 2: Click on "Projects" in the left-side panel. 

Step 3: Click on the dropdown for "Action" on the right-hand side of the page for the project you wish to send > Click share project

Step 4: Type in the email(s) you wish to send to, whether or not they can edit them, and then click "Send Email."

To start you must contact Measure Square Support and request they create a group for your account

Step 1: Check the box next to the file name you would like to assign to another group member > Click Assign Projects

Step 2: Select Yes if you want the group member to edit the diagrams or No if you just want them to view the digrams > Input in the MeasureSquare ID of your group member > Save
