The app is currently in beta testing and available for iOS users through TestFlight. We’re actively working to make it available on Android by early 2026.
MeasureSquare CRM Mobile brings the same core functionality as MeasureSquare CRM Web, but in a compact, easy-to-use mobile experience. All your updates — from leads, jobs, and quotes to customer communications — sync seamlessly with the web version, ensuring that you would always stay aligned with your office team.

Our existing JobTrakr app helps flooring contractors manage on-site installations more efficiently.

1. What credentials do I use to log in?
You’ll use the same MeasureSquare / MeasureSquare CRM email and key combination as your web account.
If your organization hasn’t signed up for MeasureSquare CRM, you won’t be able to access the mobile app.

2. Can I use MeasureSquare CRM Mobile without a MeasureSquare CRM Web account?
No. The mobile app is part of the MeasureSquare CRM ecosystem, so you’ll need an active MeasureSquare CRM Web account to log in.
3. Does my data sync automatically between the mobile app and web?
Yes. All information entered or updated in the mobile app is automatically synced with your MeasureSquare CRM Web account — no manual actions required.
4. Can I access my quotes, bids, and invoices from both web and mobile?
Yes. You can view, edit, and send your quotes, bids, and invoices seamlessly across both platforms.
5. How do I update the app to the latest beta version?
Updates are managed through TestFlight. You can enable automatic updates within the TestFlight app to always stay on the latest beta version.

6. Is MeasureSquare CRM Mobile available for Android?
Not yet. The beta version is currently available for iOS users only, with Android support planned for early 2026.
7. Can I use the app offline?
No. MeasureSquare CRM Mobile app requires an internet connection to retrieve and sync data with your MeasureSquare CRM account.
8. Will my data stay saved if I switch or reset devices?
Yes. As long as your data was synced while connected to the internet, it remains securely stored in your MeasureSquare CRM account and will be available when you log in on a new device.
9. How do I report bugs or suggest a feature?

10. Does the mobile app support e-signatures and document sharing?
Yes. Your customers can e-sign Quotes, Invoices, Purchase Orders, or Work Orders directly on your phone, or you can share a viewing link via SMS or email so they can view and approve documents remotely.
11. Who should use the CRM Mobile app versus the upcoming Field app?
All MeasureSquare CRM users automatically have access to MeasureSquare CRM Mobile app. It’s especially useful for admins, CFOs, project managers, sales reps, estimators, purchasing agents, schedulers, and accountants.
The upcoming MeasureSquare Field app is designed for field supervisors and project managers, and will later include a lite installer/subcontractor version for clocking in/out and progress reporting.
12. How often are new features added to MeasureSquare CRM Mobile?
We release major updates monthly, along with smaller improvements between releases.
