Why is my floor/region area unit in SY instead of SF or vice versa in MeasureSquare 8?
In this article, we will show you how to fix your area unit measurement from the project view and the system settings.
This article applies to all versions of MeasureSquare 8
Step 1: To change the area unit measurement from the Project view > Click on the two small arrows on the top right to open the Property View
Left click outside the plan for the area unit option to show
Click on the drop down next to Area Unit to pick between SquareFeet or SquareYard
Step 2: Change the Area Unit Measurements from the System Settings.
Changing in the System Settings on work for new projects from this point on. For all older projects, you have to change it from the Project View.
Left click on the gear i icon for System Settings > Measurement tab > Area Unit to pick the measurement > Save
