Notes
This issue typically occurs when a shared product database is edited separately by two different users, resulting in conflicting versions. When attempting to sync your current database with the MeasureSquare cloud, an error may be triggered due to these version discrepancies.

Steps to fix this issue:

Step1 : Back up both versions.
      - Click on the little product database icon to open the product database management page.
      - Click the second yellow folder icon to export the product database file to your local device.
This backup ensures your data is preserved in case anything goes wrong during the resolution process.

Step 2: delete the outdated version.
      - Identify which version of the product catalog is outdated.
      - Once verified, click the Delete button to remove the outdated version from the system.

Step 3: Re-Synchronize the Product Database.
      - Sync your current product database between your local device and the MeasureSquare Cloud to ensure you're working with the latest version.
