What is the difference between "Shape in Rectangle" and "True Shape" in the Slab Optimizer viewing options?
In this article, we will go over the difference between the "Shape in Rectangle" and "True Shape" in the Slab Optimizer viewing options
This article applies to MeasureSquare Stone Desktop Edition
In the Slab Optimizer, when you click on View Options, there are two viewing options that are mutually exclusive, Shape in Rectangle and True Shape.
Below is a screenshot that shows an example with the Shape in Rectangle option enabled. It shows each of your countertops (in white) inside rectangular boxes, as well as the waste (in grey).
The below screenshot shows an example of what selecting the True Shape option looks like. It will show the shape only without displaying the cut boundaries and waste portion of each cut.
