Where do i set project-level and system-level estimation criteria in MeasureSquare 8?
In this article, we will show you where to set project-level and system-level estimation criteria.
This article applies to MeasureSquare 8 versions
Project-level criteria refers to parameters that will affect the current project only. These changes will override System-level criteria
System-level criteria refers to parameters that affect all future projects. These changes do not affect current or past projects
To set project-level estimation criteria for roll goods. Left-click a room with roll good product, or select the product from the dropdown in the toolbar > Select the gear/wheel icon to the right of the Estimate icon to specify estimation settings.
You can manage tile estimation criteria from two places.
1. The product edit menu
2. From the gear icon after selecting the tile from the product dropdown or by selecting a room containing that tile product.
System-level criteria can be managed from the system setting icon at the top left of the Measuresquare program. Tile and roll good will have their own tabs with all their options available separately.
