What do I do if I get "Unexpected Error Occurred" when opening MeasureSquare 8?

In this article, you will learn how to resolve the issue where you get an "Unexpected Error" message when opening MeasureSquare

Occasionally, you may experience an error that says "Unexpected Error..." when opening MeasureSquare. You may be able to resolve this error by first ensuring that MeasureSquare is closed, then following these steps:

1. Click on the Windows Search icon at the bottom left of your Desktop screen.

2. Search for "%appdata%".

3. Click on the %appdata% File folder in the search result.

4. In the folder, go into the folder named MeasureSquare.

5. Locate the M2_Win folder and rename it to something else.

6. Open MeasureSquare again.
