This article will show you how to save your MeasureSquare 8 project summary to a PDF file.

All Versions of MeasureSquare 8 Desktop

Step 1: Go to File->Print

Step 2: Make sure that "MeasureSquare PDF Printer" is selected in the "Select Printer" Section

To print walls and view the products applied to them, check the box for Room Detail Wall
To also print the sides of elevations and view products applied to them, check the box for Print Wall Individually as well.

Note: The box for Diagram must be checked in order to check the box for Room Detail, which must be checked in order to check the box for Room Detail Wall, which must be checked in order to check the box for Print Wall Individually

Step 3: Click OK at the bottom left of the Printers and Options window 

Step 4: Click "Print MeasureSquare PDF Printer"

Step 5: Give your PDF file a name and save to your desired location.
