What is License Pooling?
        The License pool is a rotation based license distribution feature to increase efficiency and save costs. If you have a multiple users on a project and more than the licenses currently subscribed, you can prevent having to assign the individual members licenses by allowing members in your group to automatically claim an available license. 


Check which licenses are available in your group via the cloud at cloud.measuresquare.com

 Log in to your Admin cloud account at cloud.measuresquare.com. Click on Group Management. Click on Group Licenses.  

Locate the license type you want to view and click on View. 




 A window with license information will appear detailing how many licenses are available, assigned, and activated. Once a license has been automatically assigned to a member, it will reflect under "Assigned Qty". When a member is finished with  a license, there is a thirty minute grace period for before the license becomes usable again. 



To revoke a license before the thirty minute period, click on Group Licenses. When a license is assigned to a user, a recycle option will appear beside reassign.
 Click on Recycle to remove a license from the current user.



 If you want to specifically assign a license to a user so that it remains after they are finished with a session, you can click on  Assign/Reassign. Once assigned, other's cannot grab that license and it is locked to their account until the admin reassigns the license to another user..
