How to Trigger a Hard Re-Sync of Your Projects on iPad
In this article, you will learn how to resolve the issue where a normal project sync does not bring in your most updated projects.
This article applies to Measure Square Mobile for iPad.
When you sync your projects, but observe and verify that some active projects are still missing from your iPad, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Files app, circled in red below (if not installed by default, you will need to install it from the App Store).
2. Ensure that you are in Browse, and tap On My iPad.
3. Go through the following folders: MeasureSqr -> [Your MeasureSquare ID] -> Projects.
4. Inside the Projects folder, locate the file named Info. Delete it.
5. Do a quick Double press on the home button on the iPad > Swipe up on the MeasureSquare App to force close it
6. Reopen MeasureSquare and sync your projects. The missing projects should now appear.
Make sure you're on a stable wifi connection when syncing your projects
