How to Rotate a Room in Measuresquare 8
In this article we will show you how to arbitrarily rotate a room on MeasureSquare 8.
This article applies to Measuresquare 8
Step 1: Select the Room to be rotated
Step 2: click on the Rotate button from the Shape Edit toolbar
Step 3: left click two points to create a line. Using the drawn lines of the room will allow you to ensure the room is properly aligned.
Step 4: Move your cursor to position your room and left click to finalize your placement.
In addition to rooms, these steps can work on Elevations.
Similar steps to Rooms:
Step 1: Select the Elevation to be rotated
Step 2: click on the Rotate button from the Shape Edit toolbar
Step 3: left click two points to create a line. Using the drawn lines of the room will allow you to ensure the room is properly aligned.
When rotating, notice that the broken lines will appear when rotating to a 45 or 90 degree angle.
Step 4: Move your cursor to position your room and left click to finalize your placement.
