How to read the cut tile view for MeasureSquare 8?
This article will show you how to read the cut tile view option in Meausure Square 8.
For All Measure Square 8 Builds
What we see below is the hashed areas being used to cut to fit and rotated to lower quanties.
>Green arrow is showing us the original tile area going along the length.
>Pink arrows are showing us the tile cut piece that will be installed in this area. The hashed area shown with the top pink arrow is being cut, rotated, and moved over to the left to keep the preffered factory edge facing the outside. It will be installed in the area where you see the bottom pink arrow.
>Orange arrows are showing us the cut piece from the remnants of the tile, being reused and installed in the area above.
Settings to keep in mind:
The tile calculation must be set to Cal Method Cut and Fit.
View options, turn on Tile Cut
Estimation Settings set to Allow rotation , Prefer Factory Edge.
