How to move all projects from one stage to a different stage in MeasureSquare CRM

In this article, we will show you how to move all projects from one stage to a different stage in MeasureSquare CRM.

You can easily move all projects from one stage to another stage in your pipeline by deleting this stage on your settings instead of manually dragging all of these projects.

Here are the steps: 

Step 1: Go to ⚙️Settings
Step 2: Select Pipelines & Stages
Step 3: Choose your preferred pipeline, click on the 3 dots and select Edit



Step 4: Delete the stage where you want all your projects to be moved from




Step 5: Select the stage where you want to move all the projects to from its current stage
Step 6: Select Save

Once saved, the selected stage will be deleted and all the projects will be moved to your newly chosen stage
