How to mark installers as inactive and hide them from calendar view?

This article will guide you through how to mark installers as inactive and hide them from the calendar view on MeasureSquare CRM.

Steps to Mark Installers as Inactive and Hide Them from Calendar View

Step 1: Navigate to the Installers Section

Click on Installations from the left-hand menu, then select Installers. This will display the list of installers.

Step 2: Open Installer Details

Click on the selected Installer to be marked as inactive. A detailed view of the installer will appear on the right-hand side.

Step 3: Deactivate the Installer

In the installer details view, click the three-dot menu (1) in the top-right corner, then select Deactivate (2).

Step 4: Verify the Installer Status

After deactivating, the installer "Rodrigo Rick" (from Step 3 screenshot) will no longer appear in the active list. 

Step 5: Confirm the Installer is Hidden from Calendar View

To confirm, click the Status filter (1) at the top of the Installers list and select Inactive (2).

Once marked as inactive, the installer will no longer appear in the calendar view or active installer list.
