Steps to Lock Products
Step 1:
Select the products that you want to lock by checking the boxes next to each product in the bid list.
Step 2:
Click the Lock button located at the top of the product list.
This action will lock the selected items, ensuring they are not discarded after updating the diagram.

Steps to Unlock Products
Step 1:
Select the products you wish to unlock by checking the boxes next to each product in the bid list.
Step 2:
Click the Unlock button located at the top of the product list.
This action will unlock the selected items, allowing them to be discarded if the diagram is updated.
