Joining a Call
Step 1: To join a call click on the link sent to you from our support team on your computer.
If you are signed in to a google account on your browser you will be able to skip the next steps
Step 1A: If you are having trouble joining with an account or do not have one set up, You can sign in as guest from the menu found from the portrait icon in the top right
Step 1B: Allow or Deny camera permissions. We do not require video communication normally, you can dismiss this notification to proceed.
Step 1C: Type your name in the box and click ask to join. The support member will then add you to the call.
Sharing your Screen
Step 2: To share your screen with the support member, click on the boxed arrow, and select the present option for entire screen
Step 3: Select which display to send to your support member and click share.
From here, your support member will be able to see your screen. If for any reason you would like to stop sharing your screen, you can do so by clicking on the boxed arrow again and selecting stop presenting.
