How to Import Projects into MeasureSquare CRM

In this article, we will show you how to mass import your projects into MeasureSquare CRM using an Excel file.

You can easily import all your project data to the CRM using an Excel file via the Import Projects tool. Here are the following steps: 

Step 1: Go to ⚙️Settings

Step 2: Click on 'Import Projects' 

Step 3: Drag and drop your Excel file to the window or select 'Click to Import' 

Download the sample Excel spreadsheet and use this as a guide to format your Excel file 

Step 4: Map the Data Fields

You will need to drag the data fields in 'Fields From Excel' and drop to the center column field. This ensures that the data from the Excel file is imported accurately and placed in the correct locations within the CRM projects. 

Only the Name, Pipeline, and Stage column fields are required to proceed with importing. However, you can map other columns fields as needed.

Step 5: Select 'Import'
