How to Estimate Product Quantities in MeasureSquare Stone?

This article will guide you through the steps to estimate product quantities in MeasureSquare Stone. Estimating product quantities is essential for calculating material usage and costs for your stone projects.

Steps to Estimate Product Quantities

Step 1: Open the Estimate Tool

1. Navigate to the Estimate dropdown menu in the toolbar 
   

1. Estimate All calculate quantities for all products in the project.
2. Show Estimation Panel opens the Estimation view (Right side of the screen) and it will display the detailed product quantities, usage, and cost.

1. Export Estimation export the estimation as a PDF or Excel file to share or save the Estimation. 

Step 2: Select Products for Estimation

1. Click the Estimate button to display the Select products to estimate dialog box 
   

1. Select All will select all the products inside of the dialog box for estimation while Select None will deselect all products.
   
2. The box on the left of the Product Name, check box one or more product to estimate.

Estimation method:

1. By Project: Estimates quantities for the entire project.
2. By Tab: Estimates quantities for the current tab.
3. By Phase: Estimates quantities for a specific phase (marked as 2 in the screenshot).
   

Click OK to proceed after making modifications within the dialog box. .
