How to Delete a Tag for a Project in MeasureSquare CRM

This article explains how to delete a tag in MeasureSquare CRM. Deleting a tag removes it from your tag list so it can no longer be applied to projects. Use this when a tag is outdated or you want to clean up the list of available tags.

Steps to Delete a Tag

Step 1: Open a specific Project

Step 2: Open the Tag Menu

  • At the top of the project, click Add Tag to open the tag drop-down menu. 

Step 3: Delete the Tag

  • Point to the tag you want to remove.
  • Click the trash can icon next to the tag to delete it. 

Warning: Deleting a tag removes it from the entire tag list, not just the current project. Once deleted, the tag is no longer available to any project in your CRM.
