How to Create and Edit a Work Order in MeasureSquare CRM

This article guides you through creating and editing work orders within MeasureSquare CRM.


Steps to create a work order :

Step 1: Open a diagram saved in MeasureSquare CRM. From the sidebar, navigate to the Work Order section and click the "Add" button to create a new work order.


Step 2: Select the items you wish to include in your work order. MeasureSquare provides an option to easily exclude all non-labor items if desired. After selecting your items, click "OK" to proceed.


Step 3: Fill out the Work Order Detail Information form, providing all necessary details. Once complete, click "Save" to officially create your work order.


Step 4: After creating the work order, you can customize its presentation by clicking the "Customize" button in the top-right corner. From there, select the information you'd like displayed on your work order.


NotesNote: Once the work order is saved, an agenda item will automatically be added to the estimator's calendar.
