How to Connect My Moasure Device to MeasureSquare Mobile for iPad?

In this article, we will be covering how to connect your Moasure device to MeasureSquare Mobile for iPad as well as the two different drawing methods to bring your rooms into the program. 

This is for Builds 2.9.6 and newer.

Measuring within Moasure Pro app

Step 1: Select the 'Laser' icon at the top left of the program. 

You will need to have the 'Moasure Pro' app installed from the App Store. At this point, if you have not done so you can select 'Install' in the app store.

Step 2: Select 'Moasure' 

Step 3: Pair your Moasure device. To learn more you can find information on the Moasure website. 

Step 4: Start measuring the room using the Moasure device. 

Step 5: When on the last wall select 'Return' to be brought back to the MeasureSquare Mobile app with the dimensions transferred to the MeasureSquare app. 

Freedrawing 

Step 1: Select the 'Tools' icon in the top left. The 'Freedraw'. 

Step 2: Tap and drag your finger across the screen in a single motion to see the crosshairs appear. Lift your finger to indicate the starting point. 

Step 3: Drag your finger to start the length of the first wall, then tap on the laser button on the bottom. 

Step 4: From here you can select 'Moasure' to be redirected to the Moasure app and measure the first wall. 

Step 5: When done select 'finish measurement' which will take you back to the MeasureSquare Mobile app. 

Step 6: Continue steps 3 - 5 until the room/area is completed.
