This article explains how to view the release notes and check for the latest updates in MeasureSquare 8. Use this to confirm your current software version, see what has changed in recent releases, and verify that your software is up to date.

Steps to Check the Latest Updates

Step 1: Open the Help Menu

• Click the ? (Help) icon in the top toolbar. (see Screenshot 1)
• In the dropdown menu, select About MeasureSquare… (see Screenshot 1)

Step 2: Open the Release History

• In the About MeasureSquare window, review your current version number and build. (see Screenshot 2)
• Click Release History to view the full list of release notes for recent updates. (see Screenshot 2)

Tip: The About MeasureSquare window also shows an update status indicator (for example, Up to date) and an Auto update checkbox. Keep Auto update enabled so MeasureSquare 8 installs the newest version automatically when one becomes available.
