Step 1: Highlight the project under the cloud projects tab that you would like to assign a tag to

Step 2: Left click on the tag icon

Step 3: Left click the "manage list" button to bring up the next screen

Step 4: Left click the top left icon to add a new row, then you can type in the box created and select "ok" to complete your tag
